Expert Witness, General Dentistry

I provide expert witness services for clinical negligence claims in General Dentistry, working on claimant and defendant instructions. As an active Dental Surgeon, I am ideally suited to providing an up-to-date DentoLegal opinion. 

I have been a General Dental Practitioner for 40 years in both NHS and Private Dentistry, and remain in Clinical Private Practice. I have special interests in Minor Oral Surgery, Dental Implant Retained Restorations and Cosmetic Dental Treatments. I have extensive experience in Restorative, Periodontal and Endodontic procedures, and have received referrals for Minor Oral Surgery. 

I was awarded the University of Strathclyde Inspire MediLaw Expert Witness Certificate after completing a certification programme that combined intensive training with practical application. 

My partner is my wife, Emma Campbell, who was involved with my training. Having both gained a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework and processes for expert witness work, we provide written reports that are precise, independent and comply with civil procedural rules.

I am a member of the Inspire MediLaw Experts Chambers of expert witnesses.
